Candidate Portal

The Candidate Portal is a branded, public-facing website where candidates can discover open positions, submit applications, track application status, sign offer documents, and complete pre-boarding tasks — all in one place.

Each FrontLine tenant has its own Candidate Portal, customised with the organisation's branding. Candidates access it via a unique URL.

How candidates get access

Candidates create an account through the portal when they apply for a position. On submission, they receive a verification email. Once verified, they can log in to track their application.

Candidates who are manually added by a recruiter receive an invitation email with a link to set up their portal account.

Portal URL

The portal URL is unique per tenant. Tenant administrators can find and copy the portal URL from Settings → Candidate Portal. The URL follows the format:

https://[your-app-domain]/portal/[tenant-slug]
