Training
The Training module manages structured learning — training plans, the modules
inside them, auto-assignment templates, and nesting cohorts for new hires. Open
it from the sidebar under Quality → Training (/training), which has three
tabs: Plans, Modules, and Templates.

Plans and modules
A plan is an ordered set of modules with a target audience (client + LOB), enrolment count, and status. Modules attach in order with prerequisites; as learners complete modules, the parent plan's progress recalculates automatically.
The plan detail shows module attach order, prerequisites, per-assignment progress, and an audit-grade change history.
Auto-assignment templates
Templates remove the manual enrolment step. Each rule targets a client + LOB + scope; an ONBOARDING_COMPLETE trigger, for example, enrols the matching plan the moment a new hire finishes onboarding.
Nesting
Nesting tracks new hires through their supervised ramp. Each cohort carries a state (active, extended, graduated, failed), days-in, current QA score, and supervisor sign-off status.
The nesting detail enforces a graduation criteria checklist — minimum days, minimum QA score, supervisor sign-off — with a full state-transition history.
