Peer recognition
Recognition is a tenant-wide kudos feed — peers and managers call out good work, and both the sender and recipient earn points through the gamification event bus.
Open it from the sidebar under Quality → Recognition (/recognition).
The feed
/recognition is a reverse-chronological feed of kudos across the tenant. Each
kudos carries a sender, recipient, category, message, and reactions; managers can
endorse standouts inline.
Sending a kudos
The Send kudos dialog picks a recipient, chooses a category (Customer Wow, Team Player, Problem Solver, …), and adds up to 280 characters.
- A daily send cap (default three per agent, raisable to ten by HR) keeps the feed meaningful.
- Reactions and manager endorsements add weight to a kudos.
- A monthly digest summarises recognition activity and is delivered through
the
performancenotification category — opt out under notification preferences. - A leaderboard ranks recognition over historical periods.
Categories and moderation
HR manages the kudos categories and can moderate the feed — hide or remove a kudos that breaches conduct guidelines. Every moderation action is audited.
