Completing Your Hire Package
When you accept an offer, a Hire Package is activated. This is a structured checklist of everything you need to complete before your start date. It is split into two steps.
Accessing your hire package
From your application detail page, click View Hire Package, or navigate to it directly from the My Applications list.
Step 1 — Review & Accept Offer
Step 1 must be fully completed before you can formally accept the offer. It typically includes:
- Signing the offer letter — an electronic signature using your full legal name
- Signing any other required documents — non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, or other forms
- Acknowledging policies — reading and confirming key company policies
- Uploading initial documents — government-issued ID, right-to-work documentation, or other requested files
An offer expiry countdown is displayed at the top of the page. If fewer than two days remain, it appears highlighted in amber as a reminder to act quickly.
Once all required Step 1 items are complete, the Accept Offer button becomes available. Click it and confirm to formally accept.
Step 2 — Pre-boarding Paperwork
Step 2 unlocks automatically after you accept the offer. It covers tasks that can be completed before your start date but do not need to happen before accepting:
- Background check consent forms
- Payroll setup (direct deposit details)
- Additional policy reviews
- Any other pre-start paperwork specific to your role or client
Work through the items at your own pace. Each item shows:
- The item type (sign, upload, or acknowledge)
- Whether it is required or optional
- Clear instructions from the recruiter
Item statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Incomplete | Not yet started |
| Completed | Successfully submitted |
| Waived | Exempted by your recruiter (rare) |
