Candidate Portal Configuration
Tenant administrators can customise the Candidate Portal's branding and behaviour from Settings → Candidate Portal.

Branding
Logo
Upload your organisation's logo to display at the top of the Candidate Portal. The logo appears on the careers page, application forms, and all candidate-facing emails.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG
- Recommended size: 200 × 60 px or similar aspect ratio (wider than tall)
- Click Upload Logo to select a file, or Replace to swap an existing logo.
Display name
The display name appears in the portal header and in email subject lines. It defaults to your tenant name but can be customised — for example, if your BPO operates under a branded recruiting identity.
Primary colour
The portal's accent colour (buttons, links, highlights) can be set to match your brand. Click the colour swatch to open the colour picker, or enter a hex value directly.
A live preview updates as you change the colour.
Welcome message
Write a short message (up to 500 characters) that candidates see at the top of the Careers page, below the search bar. Use this to describe what it's like to work with your organisation or to highlight current hiring focus areas.
Portal behaviour
Show rejection reason to candidates
When enabled, candidates whose applications are rejected will see a brief reason in their application timeline. Disable this if your policy is not to share rejection reasons.
Allow offer letter PDF download
When enabled, candidates can download their signed offer letter as a PDF. Disable this if your organisation requires offer letters to remain within the portal only.
Portal URL
Your portal URL is shown at the bottom of this page. Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard. Share this URL with candidates or include it in job postings and your company careers page.
Saving changes
Click Save Changes after making any updates. The last saved timestamp is shown beside the button. Changes take effect immediately on the live portal.
