Articles are ranked by a quality index — a nightly metrics rollup combining views, unique-agent reach, and effectiveness. Sort to find your highest-value content, or the articles that are read but never resolve.
Zero-result queries
The zero-result query log captures every agent search that returned nothing, grouped and normalised so the highest-frequency content gaps rise to the top — your backlog of articles to write next.
